Maybe you know, maybe you don't. Nikki is not teaching this year! Why not, you say??? Because she is now a full time cookie baker! Her cookie company is called The Sweetest Thing. She bakes several flavors of cookies and custom decorates them to match any theme or event, based on customer specifications. You may have seen some of the cookies at one of the 2010 volleyball tournaments. Everything is done from scratch, by hand and they are super yummy! They make great party favors, gifts and make an excellent addition to your secret desk stash of goodies at work! (Don't worry, I won't tell)
